Ingredients
2 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz cool whip
1 large raspberry jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 large pkg of frozen raspberries or about 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
Mix first 3 ingredients (pretzels, sugar, butter)and press on the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes.
Mix second 3 ingredients (cream cheese, sugar, cool whip) and spread on pretzels. Refrigerate for a few hours. (It works great to let set overnight).
Next, dissolve Jell-O in water; add raspberries to Jell-O. (If frozen, mix until ice is melted). Will slightly thicken (don't let it get too thick by stirring too much :) Put Jell-o on top of cool whip mixture. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.
