Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut up (shredded)
3 oz pkg slivered almonds, browned in a 400 degree oven (be careful, they brown fast)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 head Napa cabbage, cut up
2 pkg flavored Ramen noodles, broken raw
Dressing:
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 T vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 T sugar
Chicken flavoring from noodles
Instructions
Mix listed ingredients (left column) in a large bowl. Set aside and mix dressing. Pour over salad and mix well. Note: to keep noodles crunchy break them into the salad last (just before serving). Add dressing just before serving.
