Mom's rice and raisin custard

This is the custard Mom had made for us and was hot and ready when we came home from school.

Instructions

  1. Beat ingredients together and bake in 8x8 buttered dish (or smaller) at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. If you don't have a dish that small, double the recipe or so.
  2. You can add left over rice and/or raisins if desired.
