Mom's rice and raisin custard
This is the custard Mom had made for us and was hot and ready when we came home from school.
🥘 Ingredients
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg or Cinnamon (optional)
📝 Instructions
- Beat ingredients together and bake in 8x8 buttered dish (or smaller) at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. If you don't have a dish that small, double the recipe or so.
- You can add left over rice and/or raisins if desired.
