Corn Chowder
🥘 Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 green onion
- 1 14 oz. chicken broth
- 1 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 2 10 oz. potato soup (campbels)
- 4 11 oz. white/yellow corn (green giant)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pint 1/2 & 1/2
- 2 t. creole seasoning
📝 Instructions
- Melt butter
- saute onion
- add broth, soup and heat until smooth
- add corn and heat
- add 1/2 & 1/2
- add chunks of cream cheese, melt
